And End to One Long Deployment

I love the Marine Corps. I love the military. I love the freedoms we are blessed with as a nation because of the military. However, I do not love my fiancé being gone from me for months upon months. HE IS HOME!

We have both had to grow in numerous ways this deployment, especially during a time of COVID-19 and minimal communication. There were many hard nights and long days, going multiple days and barely hearing from one another. Our faith in each other was tested with this deployment but we made it through day by day. We are blessed to be able to spend some time in his home state of Massachusetts for a while before we head back to South Carolina. I am beyond grateful that this is his last deployment and that he will be out of the military come October.

ONE MORE WEEK UNTIL WE SAY I DO! Cue the church bells!
